Very attentive personnel and favorable location near a huge supermarket. - Close to taxi stands and other public transport, Lombok Island, Senggigi, and the Lombok Epicentrum Mall/Le Premiere Cinema. - Modern, spotless room and generous breakfast.

The hotel was gorgeous with awesome breakfasted and a favourable location to the restaurant with a colleague on Valentine's evening. Location so close to mall, a walk to the huge supermarket close by, and Gili Trawangan🙂🙂

The location a little outside the city center provides a peaceful atmosphere, while still being easily accessible. Spending my Christmas holidays at this hotel was a great decision! I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, as well as the helpful staff. The location was also convenient, with easy access to various places. The nearby convenience store was a plus, and there were some interesting spots to visit around.

There were some minor drawbacks. The gym lacked some equipment, but that didn't bother me too much since I was there to relax.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants. It was easy to get around by taxi or other transportation. the rooms were clean, spacious, and modern with great service and fast responses to requests. Breakfast had a good selection of Western and Indonesian dishes, and the stunning view of Rinjani mountain added to the overall experience.

Beautiful Mountain View and Friendly Service

During my recent stay at Lombok Astoria, I was amazed by the breathtaking view of the Rinjani mountain from my room. It was truly a sight to behold and made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited seating in the outdoor area and a small breakfast selection, these were overshadowed by the stunning view and the exceptional service provided by the staff. I highly recommend Lombok Astoria for its beautiful mountain view and friendly service.
